A BATTERY CHARGER OR RECHARGER(means our daily used  USB charger ) is used to transform a energy into a secondary device("such as our mobile") by a secondary cell or rechargeble battery by forcing a electric current through it .



                         HOW DOES A CHARGER WORKS??

     
             LETS FIRST KNOW ABOUT  SIMPLE CHARGER WORKING ??

 A SIMPLE CHARGER IS SUPPLIED A  "CONSTANT DC" OR "PULSED POWER" THROUGH THE USB CABLE TO THE MOBILE.IT WORKS ON SIMPLE PRINCIPLE AS WE READ IN  OUR LOWER classes.

ITS LIKE A JUST A CONVERTING A  AC(alternating current) TO DC(direct current).

IT FOLLOWS A CERTAIN STEPS ;


STEP  1 ; AS WE USUALLY WHENEVER WE CONNECT  OUR CHARGER TO THE SWITCH BOARD .THE FIRST WORK OF THE CHARGER IS STEP DOWN PROCESS FROM THE HIGH  VOLTAGE OF 220V IN 9V . YOU MIGHT KNOW ABOUT A TRANSFORMER IT HAS TWO COILS REVOLVING AROUND IT ,THEY ARE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY COILS WHICH STEP UP AND STEP DOWN PROCESS . SELECTION OF TRANSFORMER IS IMPORTANT..

IT IS THE TRANSFORMER PRESENT IN THE CHARGER TO GENERATE A HIGH VELOCITY 
 OF TRANSFORMATION OF CURRENT .
STEP 2 ;
RECTIFYING 

RECTIFICATION IS THE PROCESS OF REMOVING THE NEGATIVE  PART OF THE ALTERNATE CURRENT (AC) HENCE IT HELPS IN PROVIDING A THE PARTIAL DC.

STEP 3 

THIS IS THE PROCESS WHICH CONVERTS AC VOLTAGE TO DC.  YOU MIGHT THINK THAT IF THE CONVERSION IS DONE THEN IT WORKS FAST . 
                                                       THE ANSWER IS NO BECAUSE THE PROCESS DOES NOT 
OCCUR 100% DONE .BECAUSE OF MOVING TO THE NEXT POINT WE CAN UNDERSTAND IT CLEARLY.

STEP 4 ;
SMOOTHING OR FILTERING 

WHEN THE DC VOLTAGE HAS SOME RIPPLES IN IT WHICH MEANS IT HAS SOME AC PROPERTIES IN IT .WHICH WILL BE FILTERED BY COMBINATION INDUCATOR  AND CAPACITOR FILTER CIRCUITS .THE OUTPUT PROCESS WILL BE ALMOST AS EXPECTED.
THIS IS THE PROCESS TAKES PLACE IN THE FILTERING OF THE CURRENT IN THE CHARGER .


STEP 5;


LOAD(SMART PHONE) MEANS TRANSFORMING TO THE PHONE FROM THE CHARGER .

THIS IS THE BENEFICIARY OF THE TOTAL PROCESS WHEN WE GET 5V OUTPUT IS CONSUMED BY THE CHARGER  IN ORDER TO CARRY OVER ELECTRONS IN THE CHARGER WHEN WE KEEP IT ATTACH TO THE SWITCH BOARD.
